Dairy products have been a major part of daily Indian cuisine for decades. We all know that

3) Paneer – Paneer also known as cottage cheese, is a great source of vitamins, minerals and
protein. It is the perfect and healthiest food for infants, new mothers and adolescents.
Paneer can be consumed in various forms such as in thick curries, sautéed vegetables or in
cooking up some delicious Indian sweets. Paneer is known to be the best source of proteins
for vegetarians.
4) Butter milk – A regular intake of butter milk is known to regulate the gastrointestinal system
and improve metabolism. It is known to cool down the body heat in the extreme summer
months and also helps to balance any bothersome symptoms in the body. Buttermilk can be
consumed with sugar or salt as per your choice.
