 Damages, Shortage and Returns

  1. Viya Imports Pty Ltd. will not recognise any claims which are not received within 24 hours of the time of delivery of goods 

  1. As every care is used in the packaging of goods, no responsibility is taken for any loss or damage which occurs in transit  

  1. Viya Imports Pty Ltd. will accept no claim for shortages unless endorsed on the Delivery docket or Tax invoice at the time of delivery and counter signed by our courier or delivery driver. The items must be checked at the time of delivery.  

  1. All returns are to be approved in writing, Delivery driver will accept no return of goods unless otherwise informed, 10% or $35 restocking fee whichever is higher is applicable. 

  1. Viya Imports Pty Ltd. have right to refuse to take back product once sold.  

  2. Please keep in mind that payments received by credit card or paypal may incur fees by the provider, if the order has been cancelled or refunded.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. 

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.


Please note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. We are also unable to deliver to any PO Boxes/Private lockers, please keep in mind while placing an order. If you have given us a PO Box address/Private lockers, and the delivery attempt is failed, you will be liable to pay the shipping charges for the same, which are not entitled for any refund. 

We can only deliver to a physical address, and it will be assumed that we have an authority to leave the goods at a safe place (unless advised otherwise). If the delivery is not accepted due to any reason, and there is an attempt to redeliver, it will be at customer's cost, and there will be no refund provided for goods not collected within 2 weeks of scheduled delivery date.

Also, we are unable to delivery frozen goods interstate at the moment, but we are working on it.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. However, sometimes the shipping costs are not accurate and you might be contacted by our staff to be informed regarding exact shipping charges. Your order will only be processed if you are ready to pay the correct/additional shipping charge.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded.
